How many videos are included and how long will the entire guide take to watch?
The guide is comprised of over 100 videos! If you were to watch it from start to finish, it would take you around 5 hours to complete.
Do I have to watch all of the videos in order?
No, you don’t have to watch the videos in order. If you’d like to watch the entire guide in order from start to finish, that’s great! But if you have a specific question or an issue that arises in your club that you need help with, you can jump straight to whichever video best suits your needs.
Do the videos have captions?
The videos themselves do not have closed captions, but below each video you’ll see a written summary of the key points in the video and we’ve added links to additional resources wherever applicable.
How do I receive my certificate and badge once I’ve completed the resource guide?
Once you’ve watched 90% of the resource guide videos (your percentage can be found under My Dashboard >> My Certifications), you can request your certificate and badge directly from JVA. To do so, email a screenshot of the My Certifications page to members@jvavolleyball.org. JVA will email you back with your certificate and badge to signify that you’ve completed the resource guide.
