How to access the live event

The clinic will be streamed live on Zoom on Saturday, October 10th starting at 9am PT/12pm ET. You will be able to access the session using the provided Zoom link. You can find the link:

1) In your inbox. We just emailed you the link, and we’ll send it to you again the day before the clinic.
2) On the AOC website in your My Account dashboard under Clinic Videos.

If you open the link before 9am PT on October 10th, you’ll just see a holding screen. You can stay on that screen until the clinic begins. You will be let into the live event at 9am PT.
 

Technology needed for the clinic

You’ll need a computer or tablet with a mic and camera. You can also join from your smartphone, but it won’t give you the best experience for participating in clinic activities.

You’ll also need to have Zoom downloaded prior to the clinic. If you have not used Zoom before, go here and download the Zoom application on on whatever device you’ll be watching on.
